Bugs crawling on walls and ceiling. Very large hole knocked in bathroom wall. TV did not work. Air conditioner cover torn up and leaned against air conditioner. Checked out and got full refund. Will never attempt to stay at Motel 6 again.

I called two weeks ahead to make our reservation and specifically requested two rooms next to each other since we were traveling with children. I confirmed this multiple times with the woman on the phone and was assured the rooms would be side-by-side. After driving all the way from Arkansas to Georgia, I arrived to check in at 4 PM—with an empty parking lot—only to be told they could not give us rooms next to each other. When I said I would need to cancel because this was unacceptable, the desk clerk suddenly “found” two adjacent rooms and said she didn’t want to lose us as customers. That was frustrating and felt misleading. Positives: Convenient location right across from Walmart and other stores. Rooms included Fire Stick TVs (one was already logged into someone’s Disney+ account). Some partial updates in the living area—newer flooring and comfortable beds. They have nice, large stainless steel refrigerators, which was a convenient bonus. Negatives: Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives: The property did not feel safe. We were the only vehicle in the lot, and it’s right next to a busy road. Baseboards were missing, cracked, or ripped off in several areas. Holes in the walls and visible dirt on the vents. Bathrooms were extremely outdated—looked like they were from the 1970s or older. Tiles were dirty, and the bathtub was old and nasty. Overall, the rooms felt worn down and not properly cleaned or maintained. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing, especially after being reassured about room placement and then experiencing the condition of the rooms. Hopefully management will take this feedback seriously, because the potential is there—but right now, it needs major improvements.

We did not have a key card to our room or a key office.Person had to let us in our room each time we needed in. The bed spread had cigarette burns on it and the tub did not drain. Weren't very happy with the room we stayed in.

So I only stayed overnight with some dogs for a dog show that was at the Fairgrounds. When I walked in the floor was still wet and the room smelled of bleach. The AC was off so I turned it on and it cooled down fairly quickly. The room was extremely bare for the most part. There were no dressers or drawers to put any clothes, just one closet that had no door. The bathroom had nowhere to put your shampoo and bathing items and there was no hair dryer. I found a bottle of pills IN the bed, so I'm guessing the sheets weren't changed out. The hotel is supposed to be dog friendly, but there are signs on the grass that say not to walk the dogs there, so it's confusing. I woke up at 2AM to the room being 72 degrees and the AC was on but not blowing out cold air. By 8AM it was up to 77 so I ended up just waking up and leaving because I was sweating terribly. I told the lady at the front desk when I checked out but she didn't seem to care. The area was okay, and clean for the most part. Lots of food and stuff nearby, Walmart in the same parking lot. For

We travel often for dog shows and chose this location for its convenient six-minute distance. The staff was accommodating, we saw no bugs as mentioned in other reviews, and the beds were comfortable. However, we did encounter some concerns worth noting. The bathrooms were disappointing, as the showers had noticeable mold, which led us to avoid using it during our four-day stay. On the bright side, the toilet was clean and worked properly. What we found most frustrating was the lack of respect and privacy from other guests. Nearly every night children knocked on our door, loud music played around the property, and groups of people gathered in the parking lot right outside our room. People were stomping and running upstairs throughout the night as well. Lastly, we appreciated that the property had a dog waste station; however, its placement was confusing. Just a few feet behind it was a ‘No Dogs’ sign near the closed pool area. We assumed this meant dogs simply could not go past the sign. Unfortunately, my younger sister was yelled at by what appeared to be an employee, who told her to ‘read the sign.’ When I asked why a waste station was there if it wasn’t meant to be used, I didn’t receive an explanation, only directions to take the dog across the property to an area with no waste station and broken glass on the ground. The dumpsters were disgusting and the area was riddled with trash and broken bottles. We were really excited to find a hotel near our show that we come to regularly but we won’t be coming back to this location. It’s
