Canned response from management taking no ownership. They never once called me despite being told that they would. They didn’t respond until this review was posted. I know it was taken from my room. Ben, you are right, it is very upsetting…..even more so knowing someone took it. I will be letting the event chair of the show I was working know about this so that they know not to book the rooms for the judges there . I have had no luck with hotel management or calling corporate (both multiple times) so perhaps a review will garner a response. I stayed at this hotel for a work trip for eight nights last November. I had the Do Not Disturb on my door the whole time. Upon my return home, I noticed I was missing somewhere in the neighborhood of $150 out of an envelope. I have left messages and spoke to several employees. Calling corporate, I was told I would hear back from management within 48 hours. I didn’t hear from them. When I called earlier today to ask how to proceed, I was told to call the location. I assume that they just hope I will give up. It should not be hard to see if my room was accessed while I was out….my work schedule was consistent. Apparently it’s too much work to do that though?

Truly a full-service experience. Where else can you enjoy the thrill of employees entering do not disturb rooms like it’s a personal invitation? Privacy is just a cute suggestion here, not a rule. And let’s not forget the exciting bonus feature of employees stealing from guests — because nothing says hospitality like wondering if your stuff went on vacation without you. It really adds that extra layer of mystery to your stay. If you’re into surprises, plot twists, and playing “Did I leave that there or did it walk away?”, this is definitely the place for you.

I can not say enough about how wonderful my stay was here. The atmosphere check, service, wonderful and the breakfast, stupendous! We had a comfortable stay in a very clean room. The kindness from all of the staff was completely genuine. No one made us feel uncomfortable to ask for anything we might need. Ms. Ayoka went out her way to make sure we had anything we might need. As did Ms Arminta who cleaned our room. She is precious. Ms. Corrine cooked an absolutely wonderful breakfast. And made sure we had an enjoyable meal with kindness. My granddaughter loved her! I will definitely try to get back and will recommend to all my friends that come down for the fair. Absolutely excellent experience. Thank you ladies!!

Stopped in for a night on a road trip that took longer than expected with holiday traffic. John at the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet even though it seemed to be pretty full.

Nice rooms and they were very clean. Built twelve years ago, there are some updates that would be beneficial. They do have the new bean-to-coffee maker available all day and night. I'm not sure when these new units were brought in, but this is my first time using them. It really does make a great cup of coffee.

I travel often for work and stay in many different hotels. Not only is this a great location, but it was clean and staffed with wonderful employees. I travel back and forth between Florida and middle Tennessee and this is a great place to stay. Lots of food options and they have a wonderful breakfast on site. Drina & Lisa both made sure I had a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again in the first part of 2026.

Holiday Inn has gotten very consistent in the hospitality field. This location in Perry GA was no exception. The front desk was efficient, helpful and personable. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. I highly recommend.
